This is the final Game-A-Week game for my class.

The premise is simply to create a sequel/continuation of a previous game, and I chose Vaporwake because I felt the potential of a physics-based hoverboard would be great for a skating game.

Essentially this is a more dynamic and "snappy" rework of the hoverboard put into a proper skatepark.

Due to time and technical constraints you cannot grind or earn points, but moving around and doing flips is fun enough.

Controls - Keyboard

  • W - Push (accelerate)
  • S - Brake
  • AD - Turn
  • Left/Right - Yaw
  • Up/Down - Pitch
  • QE - Roll
  • R - Respawn

Controls - Gamepad

  • Left Stick Forward - Push (accelerate)
  • Left Stick Back - Brake
  • Left Stick X- Turn
  • Right Stick X - Yaw
  • Right Stick Y- Pitch
  • Right Stick X- Roll
  • Right Stick Press - Respawn
