All your life, you've never seen the sun. Your parents told you stories about the sun, the moon and the stars beyond. They told you that beyond the ash clouds, humanity is travelling across the cosmos to find a new home.

But now, with the ash clouds finally thinning and the sun slowly breaking through, you see that this is your chance to escape.

Using everything your parents taught you, you may be able to find a way to bring yourself and your parents off the world and reunite with humanity.

In order to get the parts you need, you must traverse... the Valley of Rust.

Valley of Rust is a 2D metroidvania-like platformer where you use a modular grappling hook to swing, climb and pull your way across Neo Silica, a rusted shell of a mega-city. Swing around fallen trees, rappel up skyscrapers and find the parts you need to assemble your space ship and find humanity.
